1. full source: http://android.git.kernel.org/
2. not application from git are available in android sdk. Maybe only these are standard enought will be there. (ex: android.provider.Calendar)
3. google only contribute to what they have more interested. (well that's what business means.)
Conclusion: business game, not open source game.
